Care that works with Medicare.

Plain answers to the questions people actually have.

Which card is in your wallet?

You don’t need to know the terms. Find the card that looks like yours, and we’ll show you what it means for care at Haven.

Not sure, or can’t find it? That’s the most common answer. Call (914) 488-9272 with whatever you have nearby and we’ll sort it out together. If your card is from an employer or a private plan, call too; we take most commercial insurance.
