Feel more like yourself.

Be there for the moments that matter.

Enjoy your morning coffee. Share time with someone you love. Reconnect with the small daily pleasures that make life feel like you again. More good days. More moments that matter.

That’s what Haven is here for.

Feel like yourself again.

Three women talking at a wooden table by a window with blinds, one with a long white braid and a purple cardigan, a glass of water between them.

Life changes. Some of it nobody warns you about.

Retirement. Losing someone you love. A move. Health that asks for more attention than it used to. Family that’s busier, or farther away. Days that used to fill themselves and now have gaps in them.

It’s normal to feel more alone than you’d like. To worry more than you used to. To notice you’re not quite yourself, and not be sure why.

A smiling woman in a white blouse rests her hand on the shoulder of a woman with short blonde hair who is facing her.

There is a lot to look forward to. Life can feel full and connected again, and sometimes the right people make all the difference.

A woman with gray hair and glasses laughs at a tablet on the sofa, under a blanket, with a golden retriever resting beside her.

It’s real behavioral health care. It just doesn’t feel like a waiting room.

Someone who knows your name.

A conversation worth having.

People who understand what you’re going through.

A place to say the true thing out loud.

Steady help through whatever life is doing right now.

And something that makes tomorrow feel a little better than today.

How it works

  1. Talk with Haven.

Call or send a note. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and talk through whether Haven is a fit. Nothing to fill out to start. A regular phone works fine. No app, no camera needed.

  2. Meet your clinician.

We connect you with a licensed clinician who’s right for you, experienced with older adults and with what you’re facing.

  3. Build more good days.

Ongoing care shaped around your goals, individual sessions, group sessions, or both, with a plan that changes as you do.

Talk with Haven

Tuesday might become your favorite day of the week.

Individual care.

One-on-one sessions with your clinician. Private, unhurried, and yours, for the things that are easier to say to one person.

Group care.

Small groups of people dealing with similar things: a loss, a move, a big transition, the particular loneliness of a full building. Led by a licensed clinician, so the conversation goes somewhere, and it becomes part of the week rather than one more appointment.

Clinically, this is group psychotherapy. In practice, it’s good company with a purpose.

Bring Haven to your community.

Senior living communities, physicians, social workers, case managers, home health teams, hospitals: Haven can be the behavioral health resource the older adults you serve actually use. We work alongside your team, communicate clearly, and make the handover simple.

More good days.

We’re here to listen, answer your questions, and help you understand what comes next, for you or for someone you love.
